Some days ago i registered in vpslink.com and use its vps for hosting my website. But 8 hours ago, they closed my web service without notifying me because i do not reply them a ticket: " Greetings, Your order has been received and approved. However, we do need a full address and city entered into the account. Please reply to this email including your street address and city so we may update our records. Let us know if you have any questions. " In fact, i do not recieve any email to notify this ticket. But they closed my website. They say that i must wait unitl tomorrow morning their bill staff review. Now, my website is still closed. I do not known why they did not call me via phone before close my website, why they did such rude things. Now i have to search for another web hosting service because i do not believe in vpslink.com any more. I am very upset and I hate them. They make me a great loss. vpslink.com close my website without notifying me.

Long story short, they did not protect our Xen4 (we were paying $40/mo not $10/mo) against a remote exploit and tried to charge us $500 to "reinstate" our VPS after their lax security caused a break in.
