• Have an extra 1.2 miles added to my commute due to the vast volumes of sand and rock the county dumped on my usual route.

• Bicycled to work this morning. 18F outside, and mostly stayed warm. It's up to 41F now, so I'll lose a few layers for the ride home.

• Bill Gates wrote: "Measuring programming progress by lines of code is like measuring aircraft building progress by weight." I agree.
